Cancellation policy
- If you wish to modify your booking, we will do our very best to accommodate you. To help us do that, please notify us of any changes at least 28 days before your booked stay
- If you need to cancel completely and you notify us more than 28 days before the date of arrival, then we will refund the deposit and all other monies paid to us (minus the fee taken by our online payment system provider).
- If you cancel after making the full payment and the cancellation is less than 28 days but more than 14 days we will apply a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost and we will re-advertise availability of the apartment. If the cancellation is less than 14 days before the date of arrival, then a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost applies as we are unlikely to be able to re-let the apartment.
- You must notify us of all cancellations in writing to milkharbour@outlook.com and cancellations are not valid until you have received a cancellation confirmation from Milk Harbour Holidays.”
